Items must be returned to Lollique Beaute within 14 days of receipt of the return authorization number.
We will refund your credit card within 30 days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is received and processed. Refunds are not eligible for items arriving without pre-authorized return.
Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.
